"I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the trip, I have not stopped raving about it since I got home. I absolutely loved the town of Trevi and the area of Umbria as well. From start to finish it was a magical trip.

When Amanda met us at the airport she said she had a lovely surprise for us and brought us to Spoleto, a stunning little town and it was so nice to stop off and have a little wander around before going for a leisurely lunch.

I could not fault the hotel in any way, the setting is stunning and the cookery class was great fun!

I think we were incredibly lucky as we had such a lovely group on the tour and everyone mixed in very well together. It was wonderful to be able to sit outside all together and have dinner and it’s a memory I will treasure."
